HISTORY
In 1993 our founder started as an apprentice glassblower and every day, year after year has been dedicated to honing and developing skills and knowledge that would be useful to manufacture modern glassware for an ever changing scientific landscape. With a hope and a dream of owning a manufacturing company, M5 Scientific Glassblowing Inc. was born, and in 2012 they started manufacturing quartz glassware for the scientific, fiber optic, environmental community and have been expanding their talents, staff, production facilities and customer base since.
We commonly use Momentive 214, synthetic 021, Heraeus HLQ, HSQ, Suprasil synthetic quartz glass when we produce a product for our customers. We can create glassware from a spontaneous idea drawn on a restaurant napkin to a formal CAD drawing and purchase order number. We will work hand in hand with any customer no matter what size order, to ensure that we make your product to your exact specifications.

M5 Scientific Glassblowing ships UPS ground unless otherwise stated or if the part is needed sooner. We can also ship using the customers account number if preferred.

Returns must receive prior approval before being returned. We will need the packing slip number and the reason for the return. Credit will be issued when merchandise is received and or reviewed by M5 Scientific Glassblowing Inc. Special orders are not returnable. M5 Scientific Glassblowing Inc. makes every effort to prevent breakage during shipment. Should a breakage occur, please report the damage to the carrier immediately. Do not discard packaging. Claims must be made within 10 working days or receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
